 "너무 자책하지 마세요." 라는 뜻입니다.

:

1) to criticize someone in a way that is unfair, or to be too strict with them

Perhaps I'm too hard on her.

살짝 다른 의미로는 나쁜 영향을 주다라고도 쓰입니다.

2) to have a bad effect on someone
